Medical protectors

• protectors applied during the spring - summer are embossed, which means that film from which they are made has micropores to ensure adequate ventilation of the feet and shoes.
• Protectors used in the autumn - winter period are made without the micropores film, which protects against moisture seepage. Shoe protectors used during this period are larger, their size is adapted to winter footwear.

We offer for sale a device - Biocomposter BK-150L, designed for composting food waste. We are the sole distributor in Poland. Device Technology, his idea, design and production come from the Polish. The unit is fully self-contained, highly efficient and fully automated.

The device, by using the most modern Polish and Japanese engineers, is able to recycle up to eighty-five percent kitchen waste, which significantly reduces the costs associated with the export, storage and disposal of refuse.

Biocomposter could be used among others in hospitals, restaurants, cafeterias, airports, housing estates, hotels - the places where the remnants of food is particularly high.

How does it work?

The composting process takes place in a fully automated - the waste is shredded, dried and sterilized. Daily use of the machine is reduced to filling the tray products of organic origin. Keep in mind, however, with adequate segregation of debris. List of products that can be recycled, is given in the manual. Residues can be dropped for any times - depending on your needs. The device is able to process up to 150 Kg. waste per day. In statistical terms, this corresponds to the amount of waste from 350-400 meals.

Once a day, about six in the morning, the machine throws the material converted into a special container. One hundred kilograms of waste we receive about fifteen kilograms of finished product for further use. It is a high quality compost, which, as demonstrated by tests, well affect vegetation. The results show a high value compost fertilizer. As a result of composting 100 kg waste produces about 15 kg compost. Compost in Biocomposter is disinfected for 23 hours at 70oC. As a result of this process, the compost is dried and sterilized (are destroyed parasites, fungi, molds and microbes).

Dimensions of the device and method of installation illustrated in the table below. The device requires a ventilated and shaded enclosure with an area of about 7 m2. The device requires no water or sewage runoff.

Each device is covered by a two-year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship, which at that time we remove the charge. The warranty does not cover defects resulting from improper use of the device.

Waste Act of 2001 as amended requires each waste generator suitable procedure for the collection, processing, storage and transport. Act as a priority recommended disposal or recycling of waste in the entity generating the waste. Application of biocomposter perfectly fills that obligation.

As a result of composting food waste produced by waste code 19 05 03 According to Annex No. 5 to the Waste Act of 2001, the process of recovery of waste recycled by Biocomposter classified as a method for R10 - Distribution on the soil surface for fertilization or soil improvement. In the absence of land-use compost on their own offer its receipt by the company designated by us.

The person producing the waste or holding them, who wants to lead their own recovery activity is required to apply for an appropriate decision for the proper Marshal.
